Booking through the Virginia Thespian Festival Block has never been easier. This is our official hotel. The Festival will take place inside of this hotel and the Capital One Hall. This is the primary hotel within walking distance of the Capital One Hall. We have negotiated a discounted rate for you and your students, and we STRONGLY ADVISE that you stay at this hotel! The deadline to reserve is 12/16 but rooms will fill up fast so book early - especially for double rooms! The School/Troupe/Group Hotel Booking Instructions are Linked Here. School group leaders need to complete the rooming list template in the linked document and send it to [email protected]. *Registration does not include hotel. Breakfast IS included in registration. IMPORTANT: You MUST use this template/method to book multiple rooms for multiple people that need to be located on the same floor, that need tax-exempt documentation or a group invoice . STEP 2: CLICK THE BUTTON TO THE RIGHT TO MAKE A COPY OF THE ROOMING LIST TEMPLATE. STEP 3: CONFIRM THE NUMBER AND TYPES OF ROOMS YOU NEED. STEP 4: FILL OUT THE TEMPLATE AND EMAIL TO [email protected] AS EXPLAINED IN THE VTF 2027 TROUPE HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS. STEP 5: PAY FOR YOUR HOTEL DIRECTLY THROUGH THE CONTACT AT THE HILTON VIRGINIA THESPIANS DOES NOT RESERVE HOTEL ROOMS OR ACCEPT PAYMENT FOR ROOMS. |
