There are two ways in which vendors participate in the Virginia Thespian Festival.
EXHIBITOR LEVEL: This allows you to focus 100% on selling or promoting your product to festival attendees with a table in our Vendor & College fair located at the Capital One Hall, the location of many workshops, the one-act festival and all main stage ceremonies and performances. A 6-foot table and two chairs are provided. The table fee for 2027 is $325.00.
RECRUITER LEVEL: Table Fees are WAIVED for recruiter level vendors. In exchange we ask that a representative of your company/organization participates in 3 or more volunteer shifts over the course of the weekend in addition to the table fair. For many organizations this is a great opportunity to teach a workshop where you can create even more connection with festival attendees or host a special event centered around your product or service to create even more visibility.
- Exhibitor Fair Hours on the Main Exhibitor Floor this year will be 12:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. on Friday, 9:30 - 6:30 on Saturday and 9 - 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Exhibitors may be at their tables as much or as little as they wish during these times.
- PLEASE NOTE: For safety and security, each representative from your company/organization attending festival will be required to fill out an individual adult registration form (which we will send upon application acceptance) and complete a background check. VA Thespians will cover the Background check fee for up to 2 representatives. Beyond that there will be an additional $40.00 fee per person.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS DUE NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 13, 2026. Apply Early because tables fill before the deadline.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and all vendors will be notified of acceptance no later than the week of November 16. Apply early as tables will likely sell out. Thank you for your interest in and support of the Virginia Thespian Festival!
