Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Virginia Thespian Festival's success. Their dedication, passion, and selfless contributions play a crucial role in creating a vibrant and enriching experience for all participants. From assisting with event logistics and managing workshops to guiding attendees and fostering a welcoming atmosphere, volunteers bring the festival to life with their enthusiasm and commitment. Their tireless efforts ensure that every aspect of the festival runs smoothly, enabling attendees to fully immerse themselves in the world of theater and performing arts. If you are a registered chaperone or troupe director for VTF 2025, make sure to sign up for a volunteer slot when they become available. We need lots of help! Troupe directors and up to two volunteers can be reimbursed for volunteering 6 hours each so find your 6 hours in the sign up. If a spot is full, you can always stop by the registration table to see where we need help during your availability. Before you leave festival, please give your Volunteer Point Sheet to a staff/ board member in a purple badge at the registration table so you can verify your credit.
