Registration Timeline - Starting September 9th,
No Hidden Fees: Includes 3 Meals at Shenandoah University (Dinner Friday, Lunch and Dinner Saturday - the festival has secured conference rates at hotels that provide breakfast), a festival shirt, tickets to all of the performances, access to your troupe database, Guidebook, Constant Contact, and Intuitive Registration Systems.
Earlybird Registration (September 9-October 15)
Thespians, Sponsors, Chaperones = $149.00 (Refunded for Sponsors and Chaperones IF completing volunteer or professional development)
Thespian Apprentices (also known as Non- or Not-Yet-Inducted Thespians) = $154.00
Junior Thespians = $60.00 (Saturday only)
General Registration (October 16-November 15)
Thespians, Sponsors, Chaperones = $159.00 (Refunded for Sponsors and Chaperones IF completing volunteer or professional development)
Thespian Apprentices (also known as Non- or Not-Yet-Inducted Thespians) = $164.00
Junior Thespians = $70.00 (Saturday only)
Late Registration* - (November 16-December 15)

Delayed Registration Fee = $100.00 per school. This one time fee is due for any late registration(s).
*LATE REGISTRATIONS ARE UNABLE TO SIGN UP FOR INDIVIDUAL EVENTS, COLLEGE AUDITIONS, AND SCHOLARSHIPS AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED A FESTIVAL T-SHIRT.
Optional/ Additional Fees
Individual Events - $10.00 per student per event,
Individual Event Groups and Duets - $15 per event (not $10 per student).
Scholarships - $10.00 per participant
College Auditions - $10.00 per participation
Chapter Select One-Act Adjudication - $50.00, max of 1 entry per school*
ITF Adjudication- $750.00, max 1 entry per school*
Cancellation Fee - $50.00 if you register to bring a Mainstage or One-Act and cancel after December 15.
*Fees are adjusted under certain circumstances. For example: if a school is asked to perform a one act or main stage due to need the fee is waived. If more than one school is seeking ITF adjudication the fee is reduced for each school. Please contact the state chapter director if you have any questions.
Registration does not include housing (you can get conference rates at area hotels), transportation, or any other incidental expenses.
