Hi Ryan,

I have seen this done a couple of different ways. I think the most fun I saw was to utilize a compact convertible and put a real car onstage. If you and your stage can pull this off, it is a lot of fun for the cast and the audience.

Otherwise, I have usually seen this done with a rolling platform and a cutout of the front or side of the car. You can usually get a couple of bench seats from a van to give you the car seat look. You could even do a front and a side if you want to work a little harder, but this is harder to make look good. Steering wheel from a junkyard?
