Virginia State Thespian Conference 2008
x indicates that the workshop is available in that time slot. Please be sure to select six workshops in the order of desirability no matter how many you expect to be attending. Remember that the intensified session covers sessions 2 and 3. Still sign up for six! If the student is taking an intensified workshop it is still only one choice. It should not be entered twice! Registration for intensifieds is at the discretion of the teacher. See the registration instructions for details. If your school schedule will not permit you to attend a session (i.e., you won't be arriving until Saturday morning) e-mail me at VAThespian@aol.com to let me know not to schedule you in those sessions. STILL SELECT SIX! Submit your choices as soon as possible.
I recommend that you print this list for your students. Set your page setup on Landscape, print, then xerox several copies so that your students can select quickly.
When a workshop is filled, I will note that it is closed on this page as well as deleting it from the online availability. That process usually lags by 24 hours so some workshops that are filled may still be listed.
Check back here frequently as there is a possibility of workshops being added as we get closer to conference and workshops fill quickly!
See you at the conference! Bob Smith, State Conference Coordinator
