Our State conference is right around the corner and preparation for this event is essential to ensure that everyone has a productive and enjoyable experience. The conference is being held at Longwood University and we are delighted to be at Longwood again. We'd love to have you enjoy this experience with us this year as well!
We need a few parent chaperones this year to man the different buildings and to help keep workshops organized in order to cut down on confusion. The workshops are exciting and a lot of fun, but also very spread out so some direction is needed and YOU would be a big help in making sure no one misses out. Also, we need help with the issue of housekeeping around the campus. Longwood has been kind enough to let us use their facilities so we want to show what a grateful and responsible group we are. Your participation would be very much appreciated, not to mention a giant help, and we'd love to see you there.
