As always we need your help in running the conference. These security positions will be more important this year than last since we are back on a college campus this year.

Building Managers will be located in the lobby of each campus building being utilized by the conference. This person will receive information from State Officers about changes or cancellations of workshops, etc.. This information should be communicated to Sponsors, Chaperones, and students. This person will also help direct delegates to their workshops.

Any student whose workshop has been cancelled must be assigned to another workshop. If a workshop has been changed, inform the students of the change. Each student has assigned workshops and must follow his/her assigned schedule.

Phones will be available in each building for use by the building manager to communicate with the State Officers.

Security Volunteers should ensure that students are attending their scheduled workshops or are in theatres during performances.

They will also maintain order in the various campus buildings.

They ensure that students follow all conference rules and regulations.

They will periodically check the cleanliness of the bathrooms in buildings (particularly during the receptions on Friday and Saturday evenings) utilized and report any problems to State Officers. (No, they don't have to clean them.)
