To view a document, click on the item. If you plan to print an html page, you may need to reformat the page orientation prior to printing. I usually use Landscape orientation to print web pages.
These documents were created on a Macintosh Computer with Microsoft Word 2004 and 2008, Adobe CS3 and CS4, Adobe Acrobat 8 and 9, Filemaker Pro 7, 8.5, and 10. Most of the conference forms are in PDF format and you will need Adobe Reader to open them. Several of the forms submittable via e-mail. For those forms to work, you will need Adobe Reader 9.
